Hi, I’m Hari, a Placement Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist with over a decade of experience helping freshers and trained candidates find meaningful careers across India. My journey started as an Assistant Professor, where I discovered my passion for guiding students beyond the classroom — into real-world job opportunities.
Over the years, I realized there was a wide gap between training and actual employment. Candidates were skilled but lacked direction, confidence, or the right industry exposure. To solve this, I developed my own 7-Step Placement Readiness System, designed to transform freshers into job-ready professionals — step by step.
